Recent Success:

  • TUNDRA core team member Scott Jeffery recently delivered the Operational Readiness plan and chapter of the Evolution Mining Cowal Gold Operation (CGO) Underground Feasibility study in the capacity of Ops Readiness Lead
  • TUNDRA core team member Laura Jeffery created the OPEX basis of estimate, wrote the investment evaluation chapter, drafted board papers and completed capital expenditure requests for Evolution Mining’s CGO UG project
  • The TUNDRA team executed a multi-faceted mechanical audit of the CGO UG feasibility study financial model and produced the associated audit reports
  • TUNDRA core team member Tom Norris has several years’ experience providing PMO services, project cost controls and status reporting for the GEMCO Structural Integrity Program (a $60m+ structural remediation project) and project controls for the replacement of a major, critical infrastructure conveyor.
  • The TUNDRA team produced concept study documents for the Worsley Boddington Bauxite mine fleet optimisation study and contributed equipment lifecycle cost modelling & strategy optimisation to the Cannington Transition to Trucking Study.
  • The TUNDRA team has produced countless business cases and financial analyses for major asset purchases, accommodation village upgrades, town infrastructure revitalisation projects.
