Development of dynamic budgeting and analysis tools, creation and maintenance of cost structures, implementation of project controls, monthly accounting and reporting responsibilities for GEMCO’s $60m+, multi-year Structural Remediation Program.
TUNDRA provides an imbedded Finance Business Partner resource to the GEMCO business with a focus on data & analytics, creating value through strengthening stakeholder relationships, proactive analyses and development of sophisticated tools to optimise understanding and decision making.
Produced an OPEX Basis of Estimate and Investment Evaluation chapter for the Evolution Mining Cowal Underground Project (CGO UG) Feasibility Study.
Executed a multi-tiered mechanical audit of the CGO UG Financial model incorporating evaluation against FAST modelling standards, manual formula interrogation and use of algorithm-based software program.
