Proven success:
- Identified USD$33m of cost savings through deployment of the full fleet equipment lifecycle cost optimisation process at Groote Eylandt Manganese Co (GEMCO) mine site in the Gulf of Carpenteria, NT.
- Completed a financial hygiene assessment highlighting data gaps at Cannington Silver Lead & Zinc mine as part of a project to optimise lifecycle costs of CAT AD60 underground haul trucks and CAT R2900 loaders
- Provided an optimised life of mine fleet replacement matrix as part of the Cannington transition to trucking study.
- Developed concept study documents for a Worsley Alumina Fleet Optimisation study.
- Deploying techniques such as Equivalent Annual Cost (EAC), Equivalent Unit Cost (EUC), Net Present Value (NPV) and Net Present Cost (NPC), breakdown cost predictive modelling and other data analyses to provide robust benchmarking, hire/buy analysis, capital expenditure justification, replacement timing optimisation and cash preservation opportunity identification across our client base.
- Creates ERP-integrated, responsive & flexible budgeting models that allow for swift reforecasting and have been recognised as industry best practice.
- Deploying PowerBI data visualisations and data analysis to strengthen decision making and planning for the mobile maintenance & engineering teams and GEMCO and Cannington sites.
